The Fire Department application process can be long and tedious for some candidates, and more and more are lacking in preparation for these hiring processes; specifically the panel interviews.

We offer new-hire candidates the opportunity to meet and discuss the interview process with firefighters who have sat on the other side of the table. This class is an open-format, discussion style class where instructors provide insight into the dos and don’ts of the panel interview, and offer candidates the opportunity to ask questions, discuss interview responses and participate in mock-panel interviews.
